Today I am a student again! I registered for classes starting in the fall (aug 25th to be exact). taking 4 tuesday/thursday classes. nothing all that exciting, but all the pre-reqs i need to transfer to ASU in not very long, maybe this semester, winter (1/2 classes), spring and the MAYBE summer. Then I'll have all my basics out of the way and can get a movin. I'm going to tell Melissa I need to go to part time. Hopefully that goes well. I'm excited!

My body hurts so, so, so, so bad. I'm on my period and it feel like someone has a rope around my guts and is pulling so tight that i'll be cut in half. i don't know if it has anything to do with whats happened recently, but yuck. it is awful. i feel like i have to poop but can't. and then like i have to pee but can't. hfjfs.

I'm excited to buy a backpack.

So things are pretty alright. It's my birthday on Saturday. I want a pool or a pony or a million dollars. I have felt great lately (I think). Things are just coasting by so smoothly; just anticipating the ball dropping. ONE BIG HICCUP.

We went to Vegas earlier this week for the third time this year. I won 68 dollars and that was pretty sweet. I spent a lot of time with Brent's Uncle Mike (or Uncle Phil, depending) teaching him how to play video poker machines. I think he just wanted to get to know me better...there isn't much to understand on video poker/slots/blackjack. He gave me a $10 chip to bet on craps. I got scared and gave him his money bet. Told him I didn't want to blow it. So then he gave me a $10 bill. OK. Uncle Mike left early on tuesday morning and we played most of the day until my Dad came and picked us up to take us to dinner and then the airport. We went to Hash House a Go Go and it RULED. I got chicken and waffles and it was perfect and HUGEEEEEEE. Please check it out whenever you're in Vegas/San Diego. You will not be disappointed.

Brent's parents sent him a letter in the mail with a bunch of photos from their trip to New Zealand. The pictures are so so so gorgeous, but one really stood out. It's of his mom and dad in front of some waterfall and his dad is wearing this really silly outback looking hat and it's all crooked on his head and he has this big goofy grin. His mom is craning her neck up at the camera with a similar hilarious look on her face with this big mess of braided ponytail. They look so fucking happy. It doesn't help that Brent and his dad look so alike, but it just makes me want to have that same picture of Brent and myself in 30 years or whatever. It's beautiful, they're wonderful. yeah yeah.

Also included in the bundle of pictures were a couple different "Hennessey" taverns in New Zealand. That's precious that they'd send those for me. Oh, and there is this really weird one of me and Brent. I look like a total square.

i finally dont feel like complete shit!! yayaya. a little bit off mentally, but physically (except for the aches and things) i feel pretty awesome. i have to irrigate my tooth holes. this feels so weird and i hate doing it so i just decided to try to not eat any solid foods. this won't last or anything, but seriously, its the strangest feeling ever and im scared of it! i'm boring boring boring. also, my boyfriend needs to come home NOW.

getting my wisdom teeth out has literally been the worst pain i have ever experienced. i keep reminding myself about how bad they hurt when they were just trying to break through and how that pain would keep happening forever if i didnt do this... but holy shit. i really don't think i'm that big of a pussy and they gave me percocet but this shit is constantttttt. brent has come and hung out with me the last two nights which was really sweet considering i'm staying at my parents (like 30 miles from brents) and he has to hang out with me at my parents. he's going to boston til next sunday. thats forever from now. i can't wait til my face feels better and i can eat toast or like caramel corn or something.

i got my review at work! obvs i exceed all standards. no meet standards! first time ever, im really excited. i got a pay increase and after almost 5 years with this dumb company i am making $10!! weeeeee.
i only do it because i like it so much, i know its not a liveable wage. also my kids sales have gone up 4% since i started back there (in april) and im now at 11% of store sales1!!1!11 im really excited. melissa(my manager) has been talking to tom(my district manager) about finding me a department manager job at another store or once someone leaves my store, i'm next in line.

I am so excited!
I get to see this handsome man on oct. 22nd

I have no idea what to expect! my asst. manager, Jim, bought me a ticket(I'm going to go with him and his sister-in-law). It's going to be a total awkward night but hopefully super duper fun.

Stuff is going alright. Cuppycake is pretty adorable. OH I started a dream/early recollections journal. This shit sounds pretty whack but it really is therapeutic. Pat (brain dr.) and I will be going over them every two weeks. Therapy is really helping me work shit out and understand why I think/feel the way I do. I don't get why I didn't do this sooner.

have you guys listened to the new sigur ros album med sud i eyrum vid spilum endalaust?? oh my god. it is so amazing! i have always liked sigur ros, but in the same way i like gsybe. you need to be in a certain place. not this! this is fantastic and consistently happy and beautiful. please please please go get it. maybe a lil power pop? idk, its so good. they are playing here on sept 30th at the marquee. lots and lots of other US dates. fantastic! can't wait!

other than that i've been sorta mentally removed. hate my job and stuff. whatev. also pierced my nostril! its cute. took out my septum. stretched my ears some. toying with the idea of getting my sternum done. it might make me feel sorta exposed. shit will hurt real bad. idkkkkk

just real guick. i am completly in love with steven. he came down here and surprised me for my birthday. i had nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo clue. i hugged him so hard i broke every bone in his body. it was so perfect, he is so perfect. forget the bad shit you heard about long distance relationships. its hard, sure when it is right, it works. he met my extended family before he left, my dad likes him. im verry happy for the future. i just cant get over it.
